What to say? Nothing interesting/new.
But I had a great spring break. A whole week no school, how nice is that?
I remember my old springbreaks back when I was a kid. I always had the feeling I was losing my time. But this spring break was fun ! Alright, I spent all my time sleeping, eating and playing silly Runescape. That's pathetic, I know, but fun haha.
This spring break was enlightening, must be all that sleeping.
I think I got a gastrointestinal problem. I've been having symptoms, not knowing or thinking what it could be. I did some internet research and narroweded the possibilities. What I think would be most likely is gluten intolerence, would make a lot of sense.
My mother has some of the symptoms I have but to somewhat worsen stage.
And guess what, gluten intolerence is genetical. And my ancestors and both from european origins. And europeans have much more odds or developping celiac disease(other name for gluten intolerence). My mother from France(300 yrs generation), my father from Austria and italian origins (two of the countries with the most cases of gluten intolerance!)
I'm tired for no reason, I have cold hands all the time: iron deficiently signs, even though I eat iron. And guess what? Iron deficiency is common in people with gluten intolerance.
If it's not iron deficiency, it could be hypothyriodism, which is a under functon of the thyroid gland. And guess what? Hypothyroidism can be caused by autoimmune disorders such as the gluten intolerance!
I get some weird symptoms having eating, such as having a larger stomach, thus abdominal distension. I never paid attention to it, but right now it's getting worse for some reason.
And guess what? My nutritionist said I looked undernourished, I didn't get it, I eat normally.
And she told me to eat more bread, and I did so. And look at me now, I'm getting more symptoms and I'm eating more bread. I'm starting to see a pattern.
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm rite. But there's more chances I'm rite than wrong, I'm soo clever :D
Lol putting a name on a problem is always cool. Especially such a bummer problem.
Ew, school monday! Atleast I think I mentally evolved during this spring break. I feel ready to take on school again, and make some real friends!
I feel like writting more stuff, but I'm out of ideas. Maybe tomorrow.
