Underworld: evolution

I saw it today. I'd give a 7/10. Much more violent than the first one, justifies the 16+ rating, and the plot line is, well.. pretty poor. The first and the second movie are totally different styles. First one had the starting of a story, and it was interesting to learn how the bloodlines worked. More sophisticated, subtil, if you may. The second movie doesn't bring any surprises, just combats. I like blood usually, but there was much more broken bones and insides-out that blood, so it gets kinda annoying. But still, the story continues, and the girl, Celene, is super cool, as usual.

Endless-Online

Step 1: Downloading the client. One tricky thing is, you need to disable Norton Antivirus during the download, and maybe even during playing the game. It shouldn't cause problems though because Norton is pretty useless when your not on internet explorer.
First off, to disable Norton take off the check, and a red X should appear on the shield icon.
http://www.endless-online.com/client.html Go to this adress and dowload the game client as auto-setup. Choose 'run', NOT save as.The download is pretty small and should go fast. If your computer starts going in slow motion, close your computer, that means Norton wasn't shut down.

Step 2: The game should appear in the programs menu of Start button. Click on setup endless. Click on play game in a window, it's safer since the game bugs a lot. Vult-r (programmer, I saw him once) said the bugging should be fixed when he gets a new server.

After that, again in the programs of the start menu, choose play endless. It will load and since ur there click on create account. The account name doesn't matter, it's not ur character name. If it says the server isn't responding, just click ok and try again until it works.

After that, click play, put in your info, make your char. Important thing is, choose right gender because u can't change. Females and males got different armors. Females got a lot of ugly dresses, but some cool gothic and ninja armor. Guys got bare chest armor, dark robes, tuxido, and other stuff.

That's about all. My name in the game is scissorhands if u wanna pm me. At the middle-right part of the screen there's a place where u can add friends. Click 2 times on teh name to send message.

Pot-Pourri

<-------- Haku and Zabuza dieing on episode 19 of Naruto *sniff sniff* It was a nice episode.
I realised I'm pretty weird for my age. I mean, I'm 20 and I like SpongeBob Squarepants, a ton of teen anime shows such as Naruto, Gundam, .hack, Witch hunter robin, Inuyasha lol... I'm retarded O_o

Ermmm, why was I posting this again..

I had exams today, they were easy, but it wasn't fun. They gave us twice the time we really needed to make them, so we spend most of the time waiting like a bunch of loonies. It's crazy, they make us study like 3 hours each exam, and when we go to make it, it's soo easy we could have just studied 1 hour, or not studied at all.

I made a nice Edward Scissorhands drawing on my french exam XP. I also put random remarks a bit everywhere on my exams, lol. People were staring at me when they saw I was drawing stuff everywhere on my copy , hahaha... You know when you fill a blank using a pencil, it makes a 'rub' 'rub' 'rub' sound, that got me spotted.

I didn't like Nightmare before Xmas movie. It didn't make any sense. I have the feeling Tim Burton really wanted to do that movie, but kinda for himself, an idea he had, because the main idea has no subtance to me. Speaking of Tim Burton, I'm making a list of things that repeat themselves in his movies, things he's obsessed with. Lol, I sure wonder what happened to that guy !
Obssessions list:
Purple
Top hats
Walking sticks
Tall stone buildings
Dark, asymetric places
Old style things
Big doors
Dead, morbid things
Skeletons, skulls
Blood, moderately
Beds
Father, or parent-like figure
Old, ugly-faced persons
Nice people, no main opposing character
Evil characters aren't a treat to the main character
Weird, misfit, misunderstood, inadapted people
Gloves
Love story, one in each movie
Fluids, liquids
Discusting stuff, worms
Weird, clear lyrics, funny, yet annoying, songs
Main character is fine 'in his world'
Pocket watches
Penguin suit
Snow, snow flakes
Lipstick on guys
Pale skin
Weird haircuts
Relation between scientist/creator with experiment/creation
Broken jail-like bars Hugs, he really likes them, 1 main hug in every movie Robots, machines, machinery
That's all I can think of right now, but there's more than that. It's amazing, psychologists would have much much fun on Tim Burton.

In french, in one of the lastest classes, the teacher make us read texts about the influence of television. Saying TV was evil, controling our brains, and that it's values are stereotyped. Pffft.
Mostly it was texts written in Quebec, our annoying neighbours. We get most of our french TV channels from there. No wonder they got bad opinion of TV, they listen to junk. And I'm not saying that because I hate them or something, quebecers are weird expressive people, and I like that. But their TV is junk, all they watch is made by them. Their soaps, TV reality such as Loft Story, the news, the series, all they watch is from Quebec.

It's obvious they never watched a Star Trek episode or something. All long during one of those episodes, the characters try to save the day, protect their crew members, be nice to other civilizations. It's full of nice and heroic values. Take the commander Janeway or Chakotay, the sub-commander, all great, nice, heroic, values-filled people. Now, if people watched Star Trek, we would be such a nice planet. Pfft, they go say TV is evil. TV is bad if you watch bad stuff, good if you watch good stuff. A lot of people, God save them, who don't watch science fiction or anime, simply watch TV reality shows, news and soaps. Wow, now that's educative. And a whole lot of people go watch those stupid jokes movies, such as Wedding Crashers (again, I didn't see it so I can't really know, but I assume but what I have seem).

Alright, politics subject now! TONIGHT, Canada will have a new ruler! By the looks of it, it's going to be Harpy, the strait conservative guy. I like him, he's shy and all. I don't agree with his values, or his politic party, but I like him as a person. I voted for Jack Layton, the hot guy, as we call him in the school. He's the cool moustache guy, from NPD. Idk what's NPD in english. It's a party of left, and It's not ment to win or anything, but it gets about 15%. Conservative is getting 37% or so, Liberal is getting 30%.
Liberals are a pack of cheapos, who stole money from Quebec, and from citizens in general, and they kept doing things 'under the table'. They steal ideas from the NPD. It's corrupt basically. There's a pack of losers, that don't care for Quebec, who will vote for the liberals of Paul Martin. About 3mil people to be exact.

Conservatives will do their stuff.. Keep everything 'as it is'. They won't apply Kyoto. Basic conservative stuff.

NPD will apply Kyoto, things for environement. They'll give money to parents with children. Maintain a good health system. The usuall fluff.

Anyway, we'll know for sure tonight at like 11 pm or later.

Ok I'm tired of typing, and I'm hungry. BTW, Jayne, I haven't been on Rs for a while, but I'm still alive as you can see. Exams stole all my time, with a straw!

Lol, I crack myself up sometimes. Also, I enabled messages on the blog. So any stranger can simply click on 'make a comment' and it'll get there, ain't that neat?

Edward Scissorhands

I saw Edward Scissorhands yesterday night. Outstanding movie! Who else than TIm Burton would have thought of that.. No one, for sure. I have problems remembering the movie, today. It's so different from reality that it's hard to remember it, the sleep swept it. Shame the ending isn't really happy..

Oh, but that's not a problem, because I bought it instead of renting it. That's right, I can watch it whenever I want, forever, muhahahaha.
...

Actually, when I went to the store, the guy said they didn't rent the movie anymore because people would steal it. So they are selling it, now. So, I had to go to a more faraway Blockbuster, because the movie was sold out in the other blockbusters. Anyway, I also rented The nightmare before Christmas that'll watch tomorrow, or next weekend.

I hate school

I have no idea how I'm going to pass the week, school's seriously depressing me right now. All little things get on my nerves. I wish I could stay home and sleep, or watch TV. School is soo evil... Work, work, work from 8 am to 5 pm, that's not normal.. Friends are boring, for some reason, I hope we're not all transforming into perfect little university students interested into a ton of nerdy and complicated subjects. Gulp. Anyway, this message is pretty much pointless, I'm just killing time until I have to go back to class.

Realisation

Have you ever felt that thrill? That unexplainable feeling. I don't have words to describe it. Maybe is it the momentum, the feeling of having experienced something far beyond anything the real world, or the ordinary life. The realisation of certain things, away from what is normal. Something passionate, progressive, something sipping into your mind, an idea mixing itself on a stone wall somewhere. It has nothing to do with any senses, nothing to do with anything at all.
Movies.. For some people, when they watch a movie, it touches them, changes them. For most people, it's an entertainement, that leaves them untouched. They stay connected to reality, all day long. All their life long. Maybe am I wrong, maybe is everything like me, being changed by certain things. How would I know? Laughs is only what I would get if I tired to explain that to someone. But somewhere, a few seconds ago, I reminded myself that as a child I had the feeling the I perceived certain things that others didn't. And right now I would simply say that some people feel it, and most don't.
I watched a movie today, a wonderful one aswell, Batman Returns from Tim Burton. There is certain moments from that movie that I'll never forget. And I felt it, clearer that ever, that feeling. At the end of the movie, it overwelmed me during a few moments. Very clear and present. Again, I can hardly describe it, it just is. Then my mother coughed and came to get a glass of water, and I felt like killing her. That fooling, normal gesture, brought me suddenly back from my cloud. Those feelings, they never stay... And seeing a movie for the first time is way different that seeing it for a second time. Second time, a part of the magic is gone..
If I recapitulate the latest movies I saw, Aeon Flux touched me, Batman Begins (2005) touched me very little, HP4 very little, and this one very much.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory touched me very much aswell, but in another way.. To be honest, that movie did something to me... And thinking about it right now, it hit hard.. I couldn't confess it at that time, but right now.. Wow.. The first time I saw it, in french, it barely touched me but I felt that there was something more to it, and for a reason, a wonderful one, I felt I needed to see it again, but in english. And when I saw it in english, it was wonderful. I still remember the song they played in the IMAX room, the strange smell in the air. For minutes after the end of the movie I was on a cloud, but then I felt strange, sad, felt that something was wrong. Still, I would strangle anyone saying movies are futile. A movie did this to me. I felt soo strange, why? I have no clue. I needed to watch it again. Now, thinking at it, maybe it was because I needed to go back on that cloud. Some sort of Johnny Depp, Tim Burton, chocolate mixted kind of drug. Drug? I know what being on drugs feels like, and it has nothing to do with all of this. I needed to see it again and again, until the magic was all sucked. Sucked into me that is. A stone wall, a very unique one, was being written, perhaps is it a way to explain it. But I feel that isn't very accurate either.
Todays movie, The return of batman, was great.. The character of Christopher Walken got my total and complete attention during the movie. In some way he reminds me of Johnny Depp; high cheek bones, skeletal face, somewhat feminine, his eyes.. There was the scene in which Walken pulls the girl out of the window.. That was incredible. From the moment he surprised the girl in his papers, I was like wow. Twisted between the uncertainty whether he was about to kiss her (should have seen his eyes!) or strangle her. Then the clear revelation that he is actually evil.. I couldn't help but say WOW.. Couldn't get my eyes off him all movie long, off my thoughts either.. How he dies at the end is incredible..
I found on a website(http://www.ed-wood.net/batman_returns.htm) a review on the movie and I couldn't believe it: that guy felt something alike to me in all points. A sentence caught my attention: "Un traumatisme total qui m'a fait découvrir des sommets émotionnels dont je n'imaginais pas l'existence". Wow.. For you unfortunate non-french speaking loonies, that means: "A total traumatism which made me discover emotional tops whose I did not imagine the existence". Tim Burton is a pure genius.. I'm going to rent all his movies.. There's SOMETHING about his movies. Tim Burton has certain obsessions I'm starting to notice, and he's making us watch them. It's a totally mental things. He's exposing his madness, desires, obsessions, dreams, needs.. And when we watch his movies we get in the middle of it all, in a world of nuttyness... (speechless)

I CANNOT stand it all

I need to move out before I become crazy. My mother is sick right now, she got a bad cold, and she's even more unbearable than normal. It's too cold outside to even consider going anywhere, so I have been trapt with my two oldies for a few days.
I have absolutly nothing to do. All my friends are busy, what could we do with this weather anyway? Especially today since EVERYTHING is closed. I went to Burlington to buy stuff friday, I bought very nice things: english lux hoodie sweater, shirt with white lines looking likes torns on the sleeves and black on the body, a tim burton watch =O, another belt, socks!, and a black tie =O. Also bought a messenger bag, lol. Now, I'm back with nothing to do..

It's awful to be here, trapt with old people walking around in pyjamas, with nothing to do.
I've got no life, no life at all right now. What are normal people doing right now? It's weird to think, but what's the point of having brand new cool stuff if I have no one to show it to?!
Maybe I should consider getting a job or something, to occupy my weekends atleast.

Nightmare! When I'm not at school I have nothing to do. I have sunk very low... 8 days until I go back to school.. What the hell am I going to do, I don't want to sit all day in front of a computer..
